04 Costs
Contact us for an initial consultation of 30 minutes for
CHF 110.- incl. VAT.
Afterwards, the costs are usually CHF 282.- until CHF 315.- per hour (incl. expenses and VAT). The amount of the hourly rate is determined when the mandate is accepted and depends on the complexity and responsibility of the case. Payment is required in advance.
In the case of tight financial circumstances, we check whether the requirements for legal aid are met. If the court approves, the government will cover your own lawyer's and court costs.
If you have a legal protection insurance, we are happy to help you register the case and obtain a guarantee of costs.
